15/08/2026: Really delicious durum - both the one with kebab and the one with falafel. Delicious homemade bread. Appropriately hot chili 🌶️. Vesterbro's best bet is a silver binoculars.

14/07/2026: Best kebab I’ve ever tried in my life - must try the triple mix with the falafel, chicken & lamb! Comes with a delicious & unique chilli sauce & more than 5 salads (including a wonderful chickpea one)

18/08/2026: The food was okay. Small but nice café with outdoor seating. They also offer vegetarian and vegan options.

03/08/2026: Vegan salad with chicken was a bit expensive, BUT, best salad I've had at a cafe. Not the usual tomato and cucumber, but a green and hearty salad. Check it out. Definitely worth the money

08/08/2026: We stopped for a beer. Beer is 27-30 DKK, a very good price. It's a 60+ place in the city center. Bottled beer only. Sandwiches are around 25-30 DKK, so much cheaper than in the city center (nothing special, but edible :) ). The staff is very friendly and attentive :) They speak English. There's a distinct musty smell inside - we sat in the open-air section, which was perfectly fine. But no one goes to this place expecting the luxury of a restaurant, just a more cool, hippie atmosphere :) I recommend it! :)

21/07/2026: Really delicious food and cozy atmosphere. A homeless person comes in and asks for food, and the answer was "I'd like to help with that if you wait outside" that's fantastic 💪 By the way, you don't pay for a water bottle with wine 🎄

09/07/2026: Absolutely fantastic evening at Vesterbro Retour. The service was the best I have experienced in Denmark. The steak was better than the ones I have tasted at Mash several times, and the dessert was absolutely perfect. We will definitely come again

05/07/2026: A truly beautiful place, the service is impeccable, and the food is delicious (the béarnaise sauce served with the red meat is incredible). I highly recommend this place and will gladly return.

05/07/2026: I visited Original Shawarma last month and had their durum. It was one of the best I've had—fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. The ingredients tasted high quality, and everything was perfectly prepared. The staff were also very welcoming, friendly, and provided excellent service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

02/08/2026: Just want to comment the comment about the waitress i do not even know, but, dude, you dont comment a waitress on here, this is completely your personal experience, there are other steps before blaming someone in front of all.. And if you even liked the food why only 1 star!? You dont get bigger by blaming and humiliating others... If you know better you should be an example, not a demoraliser. Otherwise the place is very nice. Michelin you say... Right

03/09/2026: I don’t think if there is any lower rating existing which I gave. The food was too bad and not at all fresh And above that the staff was too rude. I don’t think they know what a pizza is called someone should come and teach them. The pizza was completely burned with no taste in it. Seems you are are eating burned raw flour So pathetic in a name of selling Pizza Someone should really teach them what is a pizza is.

31/08/2026: Really disappointing experience at Polly in Frederiksberg. We were there on August 30th around 5:30 PM and ordered two Amaretto Sours for 130 DKK each. It was honestly the worst drink I have ever tasted. I work in the nightlife industry myself and have therefore tried many different drinks and been to many different places, but I have never been served a cocktail that tasted so bad. My friend from Switzerland completely agreed. In addition, we were only served one menu for two people. When I asked if we could have an extra one, I was told that it would probably be taken away from me again within a few minutes, “because they don’t have that many menus”. I simply found that a bit strange when there were a maximum of three small groups of couples in the entire café at that time. I really think it is sad to have to pay 260 DKK for two cocktails that we could hardly drink. Especially when you can get much fancier, well-balanced and better cocktails for exactly the same price, or even cheaper, at much more elegant places in the Inner City. All in all, just a really disappointing experience, especially considering the price…

30/08/2026: While vacationing in Copenhagen, my boyfriend and I randomly chose this place for our last dinner in the city. We had a really good time; the food was excellent, the staff was welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Last but not least, the value for money was truly excellent. Definitely a place to return to and recommend to friends.

16/08/2026: Arrived 15:30, and the staff just look perplexed as to why we were here… The latte was made without any attempt of doing even the most basic latte art. The taste was generic, but tasted like the coffee was full of defects. The filter had almost no acidity, and tasted like it had been in the thermos for half a day. I biked for 45 min to get here, but everything from the service to the taste was bad. Sorry

05/08/2026: Fantastic cute coffee place but the workers are a bit slow. Was only the second in line and it took more than 12 minutes to get my coffee because the worker there was talking with a coworker in stead of focusing on the coffee. Would recommend for a place to study, meet up on a date or take away. Cups re a bit small, especially for the cold drinks!
