28/05/2026: The food is actually nice. But ordering food delivery for 8pm, which is then pushed in the booking to 8:30pm is not ok. When it's past 8:30pm I call to find out where the food is. He's on his way, was the message. At 9:08pm our food arrived and I got a dirty can of Coke as an apology. Damn not ok!

13/05/2026: Have had from here several times. Would recommend their chicken kebab roll from a skewer. In the picture we had Beythi Kebab. Wasn't impressed. It tasted very gamey and a bit like lamb bolognese with bread, if I had to describe it. Under the bread in the picture were skewers with lamb, veal, kofta and chicken. Tbh they taste very similar besides the chicken. The side dishes are nothing to shout hooray about. But a bit expensive considering everything. But delicious food.

07/08/2026: They advertise a Döner Kenab which is actually just a Shawarmer. I know they mean coded but it's not at all what I expected when I think of a "Berlin" Döner. Last time I was in there.

06/08/2026: For a motorway service station, this is a good option. The selection is relatively large and goes beyond the fries and kebabs common in Denmark. In this respect, the café can easily compete with any German service station (Gusticus & Co.). So, if you're traveling south and don't fancy typical long-distance fare, you should eat here rather than at a German service station. The portions might be a bit small, but they have the advantage of ensuring the driver remains fit to drive.

27/07/2026: Boring selection of bread - like visiting a bakery in the 80s. There is none of the exciting and tasty bread that has become the norm at a good Danish bakery today.

31/07/2026: The best thing about the place was probably the doorbell that rang when we entered. Even with a perfectly decent location and decent pizza, the service wasn't all that nice. When we asked for a jug of water they said "there was water in the toilet".. It took a while for the food to arrive, and someone from the Netherlands waited before us and was still waiting when we had gotten our food, eaten and only had one slice left before they got their food. One of the pizzas came on a plate, while the other came in a box. If you wanted ketchup or any dressing, you were given a tiny plastic cup to take it from (but you had to ask if you wanted it). Felt like a Starbucks in the way they just called out your name instead of coming to the table with the food. Since the only shop closes at 1930, this is probably the only place you can get food after that (even though they themselves close at 2100 on a Friday in the summer) They are right next to Djurs Sommerland, which Should affect opening and closing times. No one came to ask how the food tasted, no cleaning either. They also have no control over who ordered what, people get it wrong, way too late (a lady had ordered for 1930 and got it at 1955). You would think the cutlery had been brought from breakfast, because there were only butter knives for the pizza. But they were clean ((had to get them myself too)) 3/10 last resort

19/08/2026: This place is delicious, I grew up in Mexico and they used to frequently go work in Horsens and I would visit this restaurant from time to time and I found it outstanding. People that have grown up in this town knowing only this place for Mexican food are incredibly fortunate.

16/08/2026: Complaint about staffing and planning on Saturday evening/night I would like to complain about the completely unacceptable staffing at Circle K in Grenaa on Saturday night. It is simply poor planning to put one employee on duty on a Friday night, when Grenaa was also full of people due to a huge concert in town. It should be completely obvious that there would be an extraordinary number of customers, and that one employee could not possibly handle the pressure. When we finally arrived after standing in a long queue, there was practically nothing left to buy. The queue grew, the customers stood waiting, and one poor employee had to stand alone and accept it all. It is honestly a shame for the employee, who was put in an impossible situation due to poor planning on the part of management. This is not about criticizing the employee who was there, quite the opposite. She did what she could under some completely unreasonable conditions. The criticism is directed at the responsible planning, which should have foreseen the situation. How can you seriously run a 24-hour store and at the same time choose to have only one person working when you know that the city is full of concertgoers? It seems like a complete lack of understanding of both the customer base and staffing needs.

05/08/2026: I had a rather unpleasant experience this morning at Circle K in Grenaa When I was met by a clerk in a very bad mood. I am met with a nasty answer. I ask nicely if I can buy a bag for my things, to which he replies, I ask if you want a hot bag with me in a rather flabby, angry way. When I finally get to buy my bag, he just throws it down on all my items. I myself am in a store and know what good customer service is. This does not imply good customer service. When you give good customer service, as a customer you want to come back, I certainly don't want that today after the bad experience, it's not the first time I have experienced his bad mood getting to me. Normally, all the other employees are super nice and I always leave with a big smile, but when he is there I leave in frustration.

22/11/2025: Ordered 2 sandwiches and a pasta dish. Considering the price, it was really poor food. The pasta dish was a boring microwave dish that was served lukewarm. Only tasted of oregano. The sandwiches were very small and without much filling, but tasted okay. The staff was incredibly slow to take orders and ignored us to take phone orders instead of serving customers in the store. If the price had been half that, it would have been ok, but for the price it was really poor food. 80,- for such poor, lukewarm microwave pasta is laughable and 79,- for a piece of bread with 2 slices of cold cuts is reprehensible... I won't be going there again...

15/11/2025: Small cozy sandwich bar. The most delicious sandwiches with a large selection of bread, salads and other accessories. It tasted really good. I ordered a sandwich in herb bread with bacon and egg salad, which was a good balance in taste. A place I would like to visit again next time I come to Skanderborg 😊

25/11/2025: Have ordered food from Kylling & Co. both yesterday and today. Yesterday we ordered Panang and a crispy chicken wrap. There was a little confusion as the wrap was supposed to be without tomato and cucumber. But the staff took the order nicely and the food was ready quite quickly. The Panang was really delicious and full of flavor. The wrap turned out to be made with falafel instead of the ordered crispy chicken. But the taste was delicious so not a big problem. In any case, I thought it tasted so good that we wanted food from there again today. Unfortunately, a bit of a different experience. Ordered 2x chicken box + side dishes (fries and overcooked potatoes) and butter sauce. The potatoes were burnt, hard and completely inedible. Both chickens were so tough that it was impossible to get the meat off the bone. But like the day before, the taste seemed top notch. The skin (which was pretty much the only thing that could be eaten) was seasoned perfectly and the butter sauce was really delicious. Chickens and potatoes went into the trash can. However, the fries and sauce were eaten with great satisfaction, along with the “emergency pizza” from the local pizzeria. I think we will dare to order food from Kylling & Co. another time. But we will probably stay away from chicken and overcooked potatoes 😆

15/11/2025: Kommer der for salaten og kyllingespyd - hvilke er rigtig gode! Resten af menukortet er som så meget andet "fastfood" ikke noget, som skiller sig ud fra mængden.

28/07/2026: 48kr. for 2 scoops and 6kr. for a scoop. The ice cream was nice and there are tables etc. so you can sit and enjoy your ice cream.

05/07/2026: Fantastic place with good food, nice people. Would love to come again.
