27/07/2026: We were there for lunch. The food was delicious and full of flavor. The portions were a good size. Definitely worth the money. Sweet and attentive service. My mother, who is an older lady, thought the music was a bit loud, but that can probably be attributed to her age. Highly recommend the place.

25/07/2026: Pretty bad service with a lot of forgotten dishes, additions etc. However, the pasta is quite okay for the price. They also forgot us a bit outside. Quite a wait to be allowed to order. Before the food came and for us to have some dessert.

16/11/2025: really long wait before order is taken. before we are seated at the table and yes before the food arrives. and the service is not friendly at all. of course it doesn't matter that there is a long wait if the food is just playing, but it doesn't. the pizzas tasted boring. boring dough. boring topping and maybe also generally too little topping maybe, because they just didn't taste of much. we have been there a few times, so have really given it many tries, but the last three times, this has been the experience.

13/09/2025: The website says it is open until 11pm but turns away customers at 9:15pm because the kitchen is closed.

10/08/2026: Delicious pizza and pasta. There were four of us, and we had a lovely evening. The waitress was very friendly.

01/06/2026: The grill is closed. The barracks at Smedebroen in Trige have now been converted into a parcel shop. Confusingly, opposite, outside the former Daglig Brugsen, there are so-called parcel boxes.

10/01/2026: Really good food and cozy atmosphere. But the chairs and tables are almost at child height. There were two of us and we ordered the Vietnamese national soup Pho and a dish with rice noodles and spring rolls. For starters we had tempura shrimp. Also delicious homemade lemonade. It all tasted delicious and fresh. The only downside was the chairs that were too low and the tables that were too small. Our backs simply hurt after 45 minutes. Otherwise, the food is definitely recommended. For two we paid a total of 500 DKK including tip.

08/09/2026: Authentic French bistro. Value for money here is absolutely outstanding. The food is good, the cheese is exceptional and the wine is not much better in Aarhus - especially not for the price. It has become super popular lately, so book a table in advance if you want to be sure of getting a seat on the weekend.

20/08/2026: Their cinnamon stick was the driest ever and clearly lacks flavor and crunch, especially for the price (89 kr!). Rye bread is super delicious but their bread slicing machine makes huge end slices which is a total waste of food

10/08/2026: Nice bakery and nice atmosphere. But we bought 4 sandwiches for ~60-70kr each to take on a car trip and were very disappointed with the quality of the bread. Seemed like several days old dry bread. We have many good experiences with Emmery's other locations in general, but unfortunately we will not come here again.

02/01/2026: Ordered pizza, burger and kebab box - everything tasted really good. Crispy fries, pizza with good flavor and lots of filling, and a good chicken burger even though it was ordered without a lot of content - and the staff was good at taking the difficult order :)

27/07/2026: A really nice dinner. Unfortunately the service was not up to standard. Twice we had to ask to order drinks. Almost 40 minutes before we got drinks and 1 hour before we were served our seafood platter which was ordered several days in advance. The food tasted good. But really not okay to have to wait so long for both drinks and food.

22/07/2026: It is not recommended to spend money at this place.... Strange rules regarding sharing 1 beer. We paid 40 kr for a smaller carafe of water and 20 kr for extra water because we chose to share a beer. Strange punishment?. Long wait, potatoes fried beyond recognition. Not a good salad. They didn't have bread for starters, it had to be bought separately. They only had rye bread when we wanted to order bread for the shrimp starter. Unfortunately not a good experience for our cutter menu. Also strange that the staff didn't notice the smell from the toilet when the previous party apparently had bad luck with getting food returned on the floor. Too bad for the place as it is in a nice location.

22/07/2026: The pizza was good, but unfortunately very sparse in ingredients. To be honest, I couldn't finish one.

12/06/2026: Ordered your pasta dishes from Wolt. One pasta dish was too salty and couldn't get through it. The other, with tomato sauce, tasted almost like there was something a little too old in it, maybe old garlic seasoning or garlic and not fresh garlic? Unfortunately, the taste just didn't match what I would expect from a homemade dish. I paid 130 kr per dish and I think it was way too high a price for the experience I got out of it. I hope you improve your efforts in the future.
