14/03/2026: It is a sad, "Trumpified" trend that is spreading in our society. Trust has always been one of many Danish virtues, but if you choose to pay cash at McDonalds, all trust is gone. The order is only processed when the money is in the till. I perceive that as distrust, as if I would automatically run away from the bill. I have never experienced having to pay for my food before I ate at a Danish restaurant. And McDonalds likes to call itself a Family Restaurant, but unfortunately I cannot agree with that predicate. 24/10/2025: I would like to draw your attention to a very unpleasant experience I had recently. (on 10/24/2025) One of your regular customers openly believed that he had the right to stare down an 18-year-old girl's breasts. I therefore called a doorman to have the situation handled. However, the doorman's reaction was simply that he knew the person and said: "I know who it is, don't worry about it." Shortly after, the regular customer came to our table and started berating me for asking him to leave when he was behaving unpleasantly. He insisted on sitting with us because he believed he had the right to an explanation for why I asked him to leave. When I tried to explain the situation, he started shouting at me and telling me to shut up. I asked him to leave again, but instead of reacting to it, the doorman let him keep coming back - a total of five times - without any consequences. Only after repeated incidents did the doorman try to physically restrain him so that he could not come over to us. While the doorman was holding him, the regular customer continued to yell at me because I stood up for my friend. Where again the doorman sends him away but no more than that. The doorman stands by our table in an attempt to keep him at a distance. After about five minutes the doorman left our table, after which the regular customer continued to yell at us every time he passed. I find the situation extremely unpleasant and unsafe, and I do not think that the doorman handled the matter in a proper or responsible manner. I hope that you will take this inquiry seriously and investigate the matter further so that similar situations do not happen again as no girl should feel unsafe and feel they cannot be there in peace when it is a regular customer. Everything else about this place is absolutely fantastic but this episode is now of Sir importance and means that I will probably not come here again unless he is gone.

18/04/2026: We had read many good reviews so we were really disappointed with our experience there. The burgers were sad and dry, but the worst thing was the raw fried potatoes which were fried so violently that they were completely black and inedible.

17/04/2026: Jettes Diner is a strange place. Here in Svendborg I think it's a place you either love or hate. Sometimes the food is really good, other times it's the opposite. Sometimes you can get kangaroo meat and that's actually a bit fun to try, but of course there are also all the other common dishes on the menu, typical café food!

03/04/2026: I just bought a sausage mix for 74 kr, it's a pittance. It's the smallest sausage mix I've ever had, and the sausages were so dry. I feel so cheated, ugh ugh.

24/03/2026: Well, they make a super good steak sandwich and some good hot dogs. The service is also good. Can't remember his name. But there is someone who has a really good mood. I couldn't stop laughing and his comments to some other guests/customers. Who also laughed. I would gladly go all the way across town to eat there. Even though I live opposite. Super cozy and nice to visit.

21/02/2026: I went in for a meal, got a well done steak 3 times even though I asked for medium, so I complained about that, then the manager started yelling and sent all 4 of us home. It was a very unpleasant experience for all 4 of us, so I cannot recommend this restaurant in any way

21/02/2026: Hello i was on the phone sith my friend and he was at this restaurant with 3 other individuals and he ordered medium rare when he got the food he didnt receive medium rare so of courS he complain and then the boss come and throw them all home and scream at my friend this was very uncomfortable and disturbing the way the so called boss did manage the situation. It was very disrespectful for all 4 insividuals…

30/06/2025: The food is of good quality but far too sweet. To most meals in the buffet had sugar been added so that mushrooms, red pepper, onions, chicken filets, beens all tasted as if honey had been poured over it. It must be very fattening and surely cannot be called green or healthy. I hope this will be corrected.

06/04/2026: It really is some of the worst meat they use. Kebab is bought from a grocery store and the chicken looks almost fake. A large French fry is half full in the tray and there is almost no salt on it. They always forget things on your pizza.
