30/08/2026: Great value for money, and tasty products! There is a wide variety of traditional sweets, and bakery products at a fair price. The raw ingredients are of quality, and the cakes are huge and delicious. The service was very prompt, the space is clean, thus it is quiet small if planning to enjoy the sweets on the spot. Also, it gets very warm inside even if the door is left opened.

01/08/2026: We discovered the place in the fall when we were at the museum nearby - unfortunately it was closed at the time. This time we specifically went for the place. ENJOYED 2 different beers each, nice playlist and a game with uncharacteristically lame (and funny) dad jokes. We'll be back to see what's on tap

21/07/2026: Nice and friendly service, always good with good and positive staff. That means a lot! Good hot wings, the pizza, durum and calzone were also quite good, tasted a bit of the same, but not exactly food you crave again. In that area you could aim for improvement also in terms of indoor climate, a bit fried, but I think that's how it is in many places, unfortunately. But if it's going to be easy, then this is an option and with fair prices. 👍

03/05/2026: Super cozy place where you can sit inside in warmth and coziness. We ordered kebab rolls which lived up to expectations, super big and beautiful as we like it, super sweet staff. Highly recommended. There was also nice music in the courtyard.

18/07/2026: Amazing pizzas! We ordered for the whole family, and all the pizzas - with very different fillings - tasted really good. The kebab was well seasoned, there was plenty of cheese and filling, and the bases were baked to perfection. It was a really good experience, and we can highly recommend the pizzeria :)

22/04/2026: We went to Bones when my father turned 75, with the family. We contacted the waiter when we arrived (as the first ones), and asked for help to surprise the birthday boy, with a song and cake. We had brought flags, cake, candles and lighters ourselves. The waiter was sweet and accommodating but could not promise how many waiters they could gather due to busyness. Completely understandable. The waiter was informed, discreetly, when we were "ready" for the surprise. And then 5-6 happy and enthusiastic waiters appeared with flags, cake and a birthday song. The whole family was surprised and impressed that they prioritized it. We say thank you very much!! -It created great joy. It was the highlight of a really nice evening. Delicious food, on the expensive end, and the ordinary Bad Boy burger and the cheapest steak (at 249 kr) were small portions, but tasted good. It helped that there are refills on fries and dip. The second burger and spare ribs are nice portions. And the service is just top notch! Warm recommendations -not least to the waiters!

28/08/2025: A super nice place with excellent food and service. Rustic and very tasty. Honest food where thought was put into the food and wine. Some of the best we've had in a long time. A place that's a little hard to find (in a backyard) but definitely worth the visit. We'll definitely be back?

07/06/2026: The price is far too high for the quality and if there was a price increase on dishes, we were not informed before the bill came. The menu was only handed over verbally, so I don't know if you are supposed to know that there is a surcharge on various things, from home.

07/05/2026: Violent, unprofessional and downright embarrassing experience with Tangkroen. We had booked a christening with around 60 guests, received written booking confirmation and paid the reservation fee. After we pointed out some discrepancies in the agreement and asked very basic questions about additional costs (among other things, 20kr per person to get a tablecloth?), the situation developed extremely unpleasantly. We simply asked them to deal with the misunderstanding that we believed had occurred. Shortly afterwards, Tangkroen – without any legally valid justification – unilaterally chose to cancel our event just 10 days before it was to take place. We were suddenly left with around 60 invited guests and were forced to find a new location at extremely short notice. The owner reacted violently - shouted that he did not want to talk to us and simply hung up when we tried to clarify what was clearly a misunderstanding between the parties. The cancellation was not due to non-payment, threatening behavior or breach of contract on our part, but solely because, according to their own statement, they “did not want to continue the collaboration”. The most remarkable thing about the whole process is that we have maintained a critical but sober tone throughout and have only made moderate and completely legitimate criticisms of the circumstances surrounding the event. We have the full email and text message correspondence and are happy to provide it if anyone has any doubts about the process. Since the owner will most likely deny the process. Only after legal pressure did Tangkroen partially pull back, but by that time trust was of course completely destroyed. We now have a lawyer on the case, as the owner still does not want to address his handling of the process or engage in a real dialogue. We have never before felt the need to publicly criticize or write a bad review of a restaurant. However, the way this matter has been handled is, in our opinion, far beyond the limit of what one should accept as a customer. Mistakes and misunderstandings can happen anywhere. But the way this was handled was, in our opinion, shockingly unprofessional and a far cry from the service and seriousness one should expect at larger family events. We have never experienced anything like it.
