The staff are young people at STU who are passionate about their work.

Delicious Pad Krapow and roast duck with hoisin sauce and crispy vegetables.
Friendly service, fair prices. Would definitely go again.
22/03/2026: We ordered a glass noodle, it came with completely burned smell, and we asked them, they have informed its because its wok, but it was definitely burned. They took it and brought different wok dish than i ordered with tofu instead of shrimp with lots of water ( soupy) with no comment, apology nothing. So far the worst service i have seen in my life.

10/11/2025: The staff (a man) was really unfriendly to me. I was kicked out of the café because the table I chose (as he claimed) was "occupied" (but I didn't see anything like "reserved" or "booked" on the table). Maybe it was because I came alone (unlike everyone else in the café). I have no idea.
On their website I see: "Höjris is an inspiring meeting place and lifestyle house with a creative atmosphere where everyone feels welcome." That's not true.
02/11/2025: Amazing brunch with a lot of character and history behind the place. The food was delicious – everything nicely served in small glass jars, from fresh fruit and yogurt to eggs and sausages. Prices are a bit high and portions aren’t huge, but the atmosphere totally makes up for it. The old posters and vintage Danish ads on the walls give it a really fun and nostalgic vibe. Definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby.

25/12/2025: Really nice and attentive service. And really nice rooms with a good view. I ordered a smørrebrød with roast beef. The food consisted of a small piece of rye bread, with 2 pieces of roast beef/slightly soft onions, and a (small) fried egg. The price was 109.-. In my opinion, WAY too expensive for what I was served - and absolutely not worth the price!!!

11/12/2025: The guy behind the counter was really helpful. I asked him for a recommendation and he said if I was hungry to get the burrito bowl. I went with that and It looked really good but tasted even better. He also recommended to try their habanero salsa which they make them self. It was pretty spicy but delicious. I would definitely go back.
19/10/2025: I ordered food at 7pm on Just Eat and received a confirmation that my order was ready and delivered within half an hour.
The staff clearly forgot about this, because an hour later I have to call Just Eat to get my money back as the restaurant has closed without giving me any updates on my order which they HAD CONFIRMED, simply not acceptable.
It's a shame, because I actually think you make delicious food, but you need to remember to cook the food that is ordered.

30/11/2025: A small bar from 1917 which looks like ot has been untouched since.
Nearly everyone in this place when we popped in on a Saturday afternoon was smoking.
Cheap and recommended.
Located right in the heart of Copenhagen.

15/10/2025: Generally speaking, the pizza was good. This might sound strange, but there was too much topping in relation to the crust, so it was simply too much. The Margarita was good, but the others, as mentioned, had too much of each topping.
