01/06/2026: Used to be our go to place, but unfortunately the quality is not what it used to be. Tasteless food and cheap ingredients. Oops, oops, oops! Will miss my favorite place, I won't be back.

14/05/2026: Delicious pad thai to go. The chicken was cooked perfectly. They speak English if needed. Preparation time: 5 minutes max! And you can call ahead to order.

11/04/2026: I ordered a vanilla cake with sprinkles and shared my inspiration, and she absolutely nailed it! I reached out just a week in advance, and she was quick and responsive, which made the whole process smooth 😊 The cake itself was incredible!! Soft, fluffy sponge with the most delicious buttercream!! It tasted just as amazing as it looked! Absolutely loved it! Thankyouu 🥰

The restaurant is located in a striking modern building, and once you step inside, the interior design perfectly complements the architecture. The dining room itself offers an amazing atmosphere with massive windows that look out over truly spectacular, panoramic views of the city below. While the views are breathtaking, the service was even better. The staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire evening. As for the food, the menu we chose was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Every single dish was beautifully crafted and presented: * A stunning, vibrant opener presented beautifully in a tin. * A fresh, delicate dish featuring peas, potatoes, and elegant floral touches. * The absolute highlight of the night, however, was the smoked meat, which was cooked to perfection and packed with incredible depth of flavor. * We finished the evening with a flawless, refreshing dessert that rounded out the meal beautifully. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional gastronomy, top-tier service, and unbeatable views.

17/06/2026: Had lunch witha group, Ravioli dish was extra salty didn't like that, beef Wellington was really good as well as the dessert, overall good experience.

07/09/2025: One of the most beautiful places along the Limfjord. Jenle and the surrounding area are beautifully maintained and a lovely place to spend a Saturday afternoon.

04/09/2025: Then we came to that area again and were able to experience the reopened Jenle. There were 4 of us together on a tour with a committed volunteer tour guide. It was a wonderful experience. Before closing time we managed to enjoy Nanna's pretzel and coffee in the barn.

22/07/2025: A real bakery – like in the good old days In a time when almost all bakeries are trying to reinvent themselves with sourdough, experimental coffee types and home-invented concepts, there are still oases of genuine, old-fashioned charm. On Amager – in the middle of vibrant Greater Copenhagen – there is a small bakery that refuses to follow the fashionable trends of the time. And thank God for that. Here, everything is reminiscent of the time when you were sent off on a bicycle with a coin in your pocket and a message from your mother: “Get a loaf of pastry – and remember, the one with the thick icing!” The window is still freshly painted, the cake recipes seem to have been inherited from a time when butter was butter, and you didn’t put three kinds of kernels in all bread. After all, it’s not canaries who are going to eat it – it’s us humans. There’s something touching and safe about a place like this. Here you can smell vanilla, freshly baked French bread and a time that is otherwise disappearing. The staff is nice, the atmosphere is informal, and they still sell raspberry shortbread that tastes like they did before someone started calling it “retro”. You might feel a little warm at heart. Because it’s not just a bakery – it’s a little piece of Denmark that still holds the flag high. I don’t think there are many of this kind left. But here is one of them. And it’s worth supporting

28/05/2026: Had a really nice meal here as a family with a fairy picky 10 year old and we all felt to get value for money. The food was very nice with a good selection of pizza, pasta and antipasti, plus some chicken and fries for kids who are a bit less adventurous. Drinks included fruit juice, (premium) beer and (reasonable) wine included in the price as well. Whether you will get value will obviously depend on your appetite, but if you like Italian food then I'd definitely recommend this if your budget will stretch. Service only 3 as it's all self service, but the staff were friendly enough.

15/05/2026: Lots of choice, good food and great value for money. Child friendly, with high chairs and food. Good service, came to clear the tables often. Nothing negative to report :)

30/06/2026: The staff were so friendly and were happy when I said how well their website worked for ordering take out. Due to potential issues with international credit cards, they prefer cash and there is an atm about a 2 minute walk around the corner from them. This was a common theme for other restaurants in this area. The food portions are HUGE!!!!!!!!! Even my husband could not finish a personal (general) sized pizza. The family size pizza is over 2 feet in diameter, so they truly mean family and my durum was larger than my forearm. The food tasted great and the overall take out experience was 5 stars!
