04/04/2026: We just had Easter lunch. We were just so positively surprised. The food was freshly made. That is, no glass of mushrooms etc. Way too much food for 4 people. Service was friendly and pleasant. 5 stars. Interior in the pictures here, does not match. It is cozy and more atmospheric. Definitely value for money. The price was more than reasonable.

25/10/2025: I'm sitting in Copenhagen preparing a drive to Messecenter Herning, and see an advertisement on Facebook for a restaurant with good steaks. I thought that this is where the food should be eaten after a day at the fair When I arrive, a large group is getting off a tourist bus and when you look in through the windows the place looks pretty full. This can be a good sign that a restaurant attracts many guests. I come in and the waiters are buzzing around to serve the guests and I only waited a short time despite the busyness and was seated at a bar. They apologized that they had no other seats and greeted me with a free beer or water. I ordered a menu recommended by the waiters and a tapas starter. Here I got onion rings, cheese balls, chicken strips and cheese gratin nachos with bbq dip as a starter and a 200 gram tenderloin (medium rare) with rustic fries and whiskey sauce. The starter was almost enough for 2 people and you could really taste it was good quality products. The nachos were completely standard and if there was a minus, there could have been a little guacamole with it too so it was easier to eat chips. The main course offered standard sized fries and a well-cooked steak. It was fried to perfection and the meat was super tender. On the steak was a baked carrot 🥕. It would have been appropriate with a few more vegetables, maybe a little salad. The service is great and the waiters are very attentive to the guest's well-being and satisfaction. Huge praise from here and high recommendation.

06/12/2025: Best sushi place in Valby! It's a great place to eat delicious sushi, the rice is excellent, and so is the fish! The service is quick, and the owners are very friendly and welcoming. I've had a wonderful meal there twice now!

18/11/2025: I had ordered sushi and received confirmation that it could be picked up. When I arrived, I was told that they had run out of sushi rice and was asked if any of the rolls could be made with rice paper. I said no thanks and got a refund on some of it - which was fine. I took the remaining sushi home, but it was clear that they had had very little sushi rice to make good with, because the rolls were much thinner than usual (I have picked up sushi here before). It's a shame when sushi is not exactly cheap. I could also have expected to be contacted about the shortage of rice before I stood in the store - then I would have avoided coming home with only 2/3 of the order and thin sushi rolls.

26/08/2025: Cozy cafe with lovely outdoor seating. I had a delicious toasted rye bread with avocado and shrimp. Also, water beautifully decorated with fruit and berries.

12/07/2025: The view is definitely the best thing about Kafe K We sat down on the terrace with other diners. We had to go up to the cash register ourselves and order and pick up the food. It seems like a cafeteria, even when I asked if they would wipe our table - I was just given a cloth on the tray along with our drinks. The food was nicely decorated, I got tapas - the first course was CEVICHE it didn't taste of anything, neither lime coriander or chili. The other 2 courses were Crispy spring rolls and BRUSCHETTA it tasted okay, My partner got PASTA POMODORO Pasta in tomato sauce, fried vegetables, burrata & fresh basil. It tasted really good but there was parsley on it instead of basil - a bit of a letdown. The young people at the cash register were really nice and smiling - but I wonder if they had been told Not to leave there? There were 3-4 people standing so there should be time for serving and wiping the tables.

09/05/2026: Really impressive Thai food 👏 Thai Gade Køkken in Måløv is a little hidden gem. You can immediately taste that the ingredients are fresh and that the food is made with love and quality. I tried their Phad Kee Mao with beef, which had lots of flavor and authenticity — but be aware that it is VERY spicy 🌶️😅 If I had to recommend one dish to people, it would definitely be their Phat Thai. It tastes absolutely amazing. Their Gai Satay is also really delicious, especially the homemade peanut sauce and Thai cucumber salad. The owner is also incredibly sweet, service-minded and good at guiding customers. Highly recommended!

21/03/2026: The most authentic Thai cuisine, probably in the whole country. All food and accessories are made COMPLETELY from scratch. An explosion of amazing flavors. You decide how strong your food should be. This is simply a "MUST TRY". We just have to visit Thai Gadekøkken regularly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍

27/09/2025: We had a bad experience. Ordered a fried chicken BBQ burger and what we were served was raw. I commented on it and was told that's how they are. Ended up paying 150 kr and threw it all out except for the fries. Last time we eat there..

19/09/2025: A very authentic snack bar, with rustic tables and chairs. But it's cozy and hyggelig. The fish and chips were excellent. Exactly what you'd expect. The staff is very friendly, and the fried fish was really good. We felt at home.

11/04/2026: Still Lunderskov's best pizzaria. Pizza baked in a stone oven, good service and reasonable prices. It is possible to sit and eat, but there are few seats.

19/04/2026: A lovely positive experience in the heart of Lyngby, that was Spiseriet49. The menu card had been read through from home and it looked promising. Small card with some solid classics, so it looked good. And it was good that we had stir-fried tartar for starters and ravioli with ricotta, spicy tomato sauce and toasted prosciutto for main course. Really delicious with and at super good prices, strange that more people had not found their way to this little gem in Lyngby. So definitely worth a visit and not the last time I've been by🍴🍷🍸🍺🥩🍝 Thank you very much for the food.❤️❤️

05/03/2026: Cozy smaller place with a good atmosphere - good service and good food. We are a lot of "very adult ladies" who come there with pleasure every time 👍😋🌺

17/08/2025: Very delicious dish with chicken and cabbage. Good wine and good service. Please notice that you can order a la carte. Only thing - which is quite common in Denmark - was the espresso which was more like an americano than an espresso.

28/12/2025: Fantastic chili burger with fries. The young girl 1st class service was there right away polite service and the young man who was in charge of the food if it was him made something fantastic. So I hope the boss or bosses appreciate the young people he had at work this Sunday 28-12 2025
