18/04/2026: Ordered a burger through Wolt. The steak was dry and tasted like it had been thawed and then put back in the freezer - unfortunately!

27/03/2026: Their burgers are good BUT they say 'organic' on their sign - yet their employees have no idea WHAT on the menu is organic. I was once told that their chicken was organic - but I highly doubt it. So that's a bit misleading. But otherwise I love their sesame buns.

16/05/2026: Extremely understaffed and rude, untrained/uneducated staff. Really disgusting toilets. 238 kr. Per child!? Most expensive and worst playland.

03/11/2025: The atmosphere and staff were amazing! The food - not so much. The mushrooms in the risotto were not good. It was also strange to get both dill, parsley and arugula.

20/10/2025: Nice place at first glance, waited for reviews but have now had three separate visits, with different staff. The first time the order was missed, the dishes that were "the same" had completely different levels, layout, proportions and flavors. The second visit we were left standing at the entrance and waiting for service for over 20 minutes, chickens were buzzing inside the service, and far from full. The third visit, the veal tenderloin is ordered for its own part, medium, but comes in what I consider to be a definitive well-done, completely even in color, dry. When questioned, we get "this is how we do medium, in that case you would have ordered rare." Somewhat saved by the fact that the meat quality seems good. The burgers are boring, dry and tasteless, salt/pepper does not seem to be used, fries though, here they seem to have found the salt, too much. Along with the food, beer was also ordered, which arrived a good while after the food was finished. The portions are uneven in size, potatoes for 65 Danish kroner and get a small click.

05/03/2026: Ordered a pizza capricciosa with ham and mushrooms. Unfortunately, either the ham, the mushrooms, or both smelled so pungent that I had to add sour cream dressing to make it edible.

04/03/2026: The owner is really nice and their food tastes great. Classic pizzeria as you know it. I'm glad they have vegetarian dishes on the menu :)

21/09/2025: Needed help charging but was just directed to call the number on the stand which was not answered. My sister wanted to use the toilet, it was so dirty she had to get up. It must be done better in Dragør.

04/10/2025: Hi, I haven't received my order. 3 hours after I placed my order, I couldn't wait any longer because I had to leave. I tried calling the restaurant, but it didn't get through. Now it says it was delivered 4 hours ago, but I'm not home so I don't know how they delivered it. I had plans today and couldn't wait any longer than 3 hours. I don't understand that if you can't deliver within a reasonable time, you don't cancel the order instead of delivering it 3-4 hours after ordering.

28/11/2025: I had the kebab bowl at Öz Konya Kebab in Rødovre, and it was excellent. The meat was tender and well-seasoned, the vegetables were crisp and fresh, and the dressing brought everything together without overpowering the flavors. A generous portion, great balance, and genuinely delicious. Highly recommended if you want something tasty, satisfying, and well above the usual kebab standard.

30/11/2025: Had to move the food twice. Didn't get the food delivered until 3.5 hours after ordering, which was ordered as soon as possible. Got a vague explanation that they were busy. Then they should have rejected the order instead of approving it...

26/09/2025: Was going to stay overnight at Bautehøj and needed to have some quick dinner. Super delicious, hot pizzas with lots of filling. Too bad we live so far away, otherwise we would probably come regularly

22/04/2025: Great Italian Restaurant with great food&drinks&workers! You can find a warm atmosphere here. Food tastes so good, stuff care about every detail. It is a wonderful restaurant to have a dinner 🫶🏻

31/12/2025: Wasn’t very good food. The “vibe” inside is ok to say the least, yet it’s extremely hot upstairs. Bathroom is a major plus, yet the food didn’t live up to expectations unfortunately. The bread was like a tortilla, which marked the durum as a lesser experience here in Copenhagen.

03/05/2026: I have always loved Sam’s and have recommended it to many people over the years. It has consistently been a laid back and welcoming place with a great atmosphere. However, my experience on 3 May 2026 was quite disappointing. We arrived early, around 3.30 pm, and the bar was empty. We stayed until almost 9 pm, and the lady bartender who served us initially was absolutely lovely and created a great vibe. Unfortunately, once the shift changed around 8 pm and a male bartender took over, the atmosphere changed completely. He lowered the karaoke volume significantly, which affected the entire mood of the place. Several tables, including ours and guests who arrived later, noticed that the microphone was barely audible. When we asked for the volume to be adjusted, it was briefly increased but then turned down again shortly after. As a result, the energy in the bar dropped, and we eventually decided to leave. This was especially disappointing as we had been there for hours, ordered multiple drinks, and were among the few guests present on a Sunday evening. It is a shame because karaoke is clearly a big part of what makes Sam’s enjoyable, and when the atmosphere is right, people are happy to stay longer and continue ordering. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I would genuinely like to see improvements and continue recommending Sam’s in the future.

27/04/2026: The bouncer and bartenders were racist to my friend, giving him a hard time at the entrance and denying service inside. They claimed he should’ve “dressed better” if he wanted the staff to treat him with basic human decency. The bouncer suddenly forced him to leave the bar and offered no explanation as to why. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from all the staff involved. Spend your time and money elsewhere.
