27/03/2026: Ordered from kongelundsvej, the sushi was nice and ordered extra when I picked up as they cooked quickly. But the two noodle dishes we ordered were really small and there were a total of 3 pieces of meat in one portion - it's way too expensive at 109 kr for such a small portion with 3 pieces of meat in it.

11/05/2026: These burgers were amazing!! I can't wait to go back!! Excellent food and excellent service! The guys served us super fast and treated us to burgers that had everything and, most importantly, amazing flavor! If I'm not mistaken, the best in Cope! (They didn't make it into the picture 😋) Keep it up!!

07/05/2026: Best burger I’ve had in Copenhagen, no question!!! Amazing flavor, super fresh ingredients, and the service was excellent too. Friendly staff and a really chill vibe — definitely coming back.

23/08/2026: Aggressive service and unpleasant atmosphere!! DO NOT visit this place. Was going to buy takeaway coffee, unfortunately forgot to say so right away, and the man behind the counter got uncomfortably angry, slammed both a coffee cup and a metal roller on the counter so hard it hit - and yelled aggressively, completely absurd behavior from a grown man!!

23/08/2026: I randomly popped in this week and got an iced latte to take away. I’m so glad I did because it turned out to be the best coffee I had during my whole trip to Denmark! The staff member I met was also really kind. Such a lovely surprise ☕️🤍

03/06/2026: HISTORICAL PLACE – BUT NOT TO MAKE A DEAL WITH THE POSITIVE: Alléenberg is a place that carries its history in its walls, and you arrive at a place where the atmosphere is both marked by tradition and a bold and lively spirit, where the party can let loose. Others criticize the somewhat cramped conditions of the toilet facilities, for example, but in my opinion, it is part of the charm of the place. That is why my wife and I had also planned to hold the after-party for our wedding there. THE CRITICISM: We made an agreement with Alléenberg five months before our wedding party. The agreement was based on emails, phone calls and visits to the place, where details were arranged. We ended up with an agreement to book a room, put money in the bar and fill it with guests for the rest, but that the place would otherwise be open. It was the cheapest for us and required less planning for them. Around that booking, we have made a few agreements with the venue about the course of the evening. This meant, among other things, that we had to serve dinner for our guests, and that we had to do a musical performance early in the evening with some musicians and a choir. I called the venue five days before the party and was told by a bartender that there was no agreement in the calendar, and “that it was nothing that could be done at the venue”. This of course caused a bit of panic, but a subsequent email gave me the impression that the original agreement still stood. NO AGREEMENT: When we arrived at the venue for our wedding, the bar staff were not informed at all that we were coming, and we were greeted with sour faces. Practically all advance agreements were cancelled on the spot, and the impression was given that we were not welcome. I said that we had a six-month-old written agreement and that we also put money into the venue. The response was that the waiter had not heard of any agreement and therefore could not take care of it – and that the money would be made on the evening regardless. Absolutely arrogant. Several of my guests experienced a bad attitude from the staff, who shouted across to other guests in the room that “a wedding had arrived unannounced”. This was both wrong and downright rude. I was told during the evening that the person (a sous chef, I understood) with whom I had made the original appointment had since been fired. That explains the confusion, but it does not justify the attitude – and it is of course regrettable that there was no better control of the calendar. I had a couple of nieces who were thrown out because they were not 21 years old. I admit that I had not taken that age limit into account. But I do not think it is right at all that it was done in an aggressive and hostile manner. The fact that I had friends who came by to say congratulations early in the evening, who were thrown out at the gate because they had their four-month-old baby in a baby carrier, I honestly think is just comical. In my original, written agreement with the venue, it was supposed to be that we had to serve our dinner to our guests on site. I ended up dropping this because I couldn't handle any more arguments with the staff, and instead the guests took it home in their pockets. Finally, it must be said that the party was still good overall for the vast majority of guests - fortunately. Everyone had fun and enjoyed the overall atmosphere that the venue provides. After all, the venue is supposed to have that. But as a groom, I unfortunately had an incredibly annoying and stressful experience with the venue. There was also no opening whatsoever for the misunderstanding to be on the venue's side, or a kind or smoothing word during the evening. When I paid the bill at the end of the night, I was just sent away saying they hoped I had had a good night. Honestly. Fun place to end a wet night, but I can't recommend anyone making a booking there.

17/07/2026: It's a shame that you can't even order an egg dish without bread, or a steak without sauce, when they don't have any gluten-free food on the menu. So I just had to watch the other people eat. The service felt rude and unwelcoming. It's otherwise a nice setting by the harbor.

27/07/2026: Great place to grap a beer or drink with friends, the service and food is good, would have liked a bit more vareity in regards to the beer types.

09/05/2026: NightPay advertises that it can be done at the bar here, but no. Last time we were here, drink tickets and discounts were used. (Now there is nothing) so it should be removed from NightPay that this place offers it. Besides that, it says on NightPay so you should still give it until this is removed.

30/11/2025: Delightful VEGAN options at this cute shop. The staff is super friendly and kind. The facility is clean, especially the toilet. They also have Wifi.

25/11/2025: The lady who were working alone that day, I asked her for a cortado, she made me something that doesn’t look nor taste of cortado. She made the whole thing in under a minute. Couple of minutes later I realise she made it in a dirty cup. It was also awfully cold!! Not drinking there again, especially if that worker was there! She needs to learn how to do dishes and make a decent coffee.

15/08/2026: Disappointing experience. Booked via app, it said the order would be ready in 15-25 minutes. But when I had paid it was suddenly 40 minutes. :( After I left the store I discovered that the salad was made with a different dressing than the one I had ordered. I rarely come to Kcal anyway, as they (unlike most other bowl places in Copenhagen) do not offer plant-based protein (such as tofu, vegan chicken or the like).

13/08/2026: We ordered our food on a tablet and it was ready within 10 minutes. They use excellent, high-quality ingredients. Our sandwiches were all delicious and served in whole-wheat bread. Many people pick up their food at this restaurant, so everything is served in disposable film or plastic bowls.

24/08/2026: It is a very beautiful setting.

16/08/2026: Good selection of food and delicious drinks. The sandwich with lysosome is good, the biscuit and hibiscus iced tea are excellent. The prices are quite high. The atmosphere is pleasant inside the museum in the beautiful inner garden.

16/07/2026: Nothing special, very middle of the road

10/07/2026: I ordered a meal at the kiosk. One of the items was served incorrectly—not as I ordered. They refused to replace the dish. They don'r respect the clients

17/08/2026: Today I had a New York burger which was extremely tasty, fried perfectly and with fantastic caramelized onions, can definitely be recommended, I have previously had their open sandwiches which are also super delicious at reasonable prices. 👍👍👍👍 .

14/08/2026: Bought a burger from here. The burger buns were crunchy and they put tomatoes in them which I had told them I was allergic to, when I tried to change it the waiters started arguing with me☹️

27/06/2026: Went into the bakery and thought it was open because the door was wide open and then I get yelled at because they were obviously closed and then I see that they closed 2 minutes ago. Also, it said online that they don't close until 3pm? But they're open just fished out some special closing times on hot days

10/05/2026: Delicious and well made. Really sweet and polite service. It was a good Mother's evening, everyone was satisfied and I didn't have to cook.

11/06/2026: A VERY SWEET butterchicken. Tastes like pure sugar. I waited over 1.5 hours for my food and when it finally came it tasted like pure sugar. When I call and complain about it I am told that this is just how they taste. I had to order food from another place to get food. Update: I get a call from a manager who gets VERY hysterical about me wanting to record the conversation, I tell him that if he has nothing to hide it shouldn't be a problem. He refuses to let me record and the conversation continues. He says here that he completely agrees that it is too sweet, but that is how they have always made it and it is for a specific target group. I tell him that he must then write that on the website so that people don't order it thinking that it is a regular butterchicken, he disagrees and refuses any form of compensation, despite the food being inedible and me repeatedly offering him to pick it up again.
