30/12/2025: I went in with low expectations, but this place proved to be a fantastic find for a quick, comforting meal.The broth is the star—rich, flavorful, and slightly spicy. Note that the standard broth comes with a few bits of red chili, which adds a nice kick but is something to watch out for if you're heat-sensitive.The space is definitely cramped, so don't expect a lounging experience, but it adds to the authentic, bustling "hole-in-the-wall" vibe. Impressively friendly and friendly staff.

16/11/2025: The worst burgers. Soggy and clammy. But some of the best nuggets I've ever had. Really good herb mayo dip. But the burger really lacks what is described. All in all very disappointing when you have to move on without being full.

21/10/2025: Firstly, it's one of those expensive pizzas where you expect it to be a good pizza, but it's not, the meat is some of the worst I've ever seen, frozen meat that they just thaw, 120 kr for a pizza with frozen meat, I'll probably NEVER come back.

05/12/2025: This is the second time that the food has been delayed from order to acceptance and then another ten minutes after I arrived. They are nice enough, but they don't have control of the kitchen. 75 kr. For a guacamole in a small mayonnaise cup is also excessive.

Els looked up at the climbing wall and said, “Harm, this looks like an Ikea hell for sporty people.” She was wearing her coat from Johnny’s Vintage & Leathers, gleaming like a rebellion in a world of concrete and balance. Inside, it smelled of coffee, children’s voices, and Danish design. Everything was round, friendly, and precisely calculated to look spontaneous. I thought of Etsy, of craftsmanship, of how leather lives the way architecture does—with lines that breathe, with imperfections that give character. Els tried a slide that felt more like a religious experience than a playground. Halfway down, she exclaimed, “Harm, I feel my youth returning!” I laughed, because for the first time that day, I believed her. Johnny’s Vintage & Leathers fits perfectly: creative, honest, and made to move with the times. KU.BE isn't a building. It's a conversation between human and material—just as real leather should be.

26/09/2025: I expected the food to be exceptional, and I was not disappointed. I was surprised by the stellar service - really, really something to experience. Run to Alouette. You won’t be disappointed.

14/09/2025: Loved our evening at Alouette. Oscar did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable throughout the experience- and the food ofcourse was phenomenal. While all dishes were incredible, my partner and I have been talking about their zucchini dish the entire trip, and it's really been a highlight 😊

04/10/2025: One of the best bakeries I've frequented. Juicy and tasty bread. Their cake cream is cooked and you can taste it in their cakes. A bakery with good craftsmanship and far from the Tjøwenhavner prices you can find elsewhere on the island. We come almost every day we're on Bornholm ❤️💚❤️

23/10/2025: We made a reservation at this typical Danish restaurant at 2:30 p.m. We arrived 20 minutes late (it was raining and the taxi was delayed), and the waitress who greeted us almost didn't serve us; she wasn't friendly or helpful at all. The food wasn't bad, although the dishes were presented with a lot of vegetables, which, in my opinion, "overshadowed" the main ingredient. The burger (we weren't asked about the doneness) was overcooked, some edges even a bit burnt. The fried Camembert cheese was better. They don't bring out the dishes in a logical order; in fact, they brought out the main courses first, then the starters. €200 for 4 people. The interior decor dates back more than a century; it's odd, to say the least, but I don't think I'd go back; nothing remarkable.
