11/08/2026: Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience here, mainly because of the behavior of the woman who was taking orders at the counter. From the beginning, her attitude toward us was rude and disrespectful. While we were trying to place our order, she was chatting, laughing, and having drinks with two men and seemed to pay very little attention to us as customers. I paid the full bill at the time of ordering. I had to leave earlier than my wife, and unfortunately, when my wife was leaving later, she was confronted in a very disrespectful manner and accused of not having paid for our table, even though I had already paid the bill. I have generally had very positive experiences in Denmark, which made this incident particularly surprising and disappointing. Unfortunately, I do not know the employee's name, but I hope the management can identify who was working at the counter at that time, look into what happened, and take appropriate action. This kind of behavior toward customers is simply unacceptable.

06/08/2026: Having had burgers from here often, both takeaway and on site, I have to say that they are a pretty sure winner. They don't knock you over but they are just consistently good. There are not many twists and turns, neither on the burger nor the fries. The premises are cozy, and the service has always been well above average. They are simply so nice. I wish you could buy a burger without any side dishes 🙈 And they have a burger of the month, which I am a big fan of

29/08/2026: I guess the kebab rulle here in Denmark has saved my live. Whenever I don't know what to eat, I'll go find a Middle Eastern restaurant. I love warm meals, and their kebab rulle is really delicious and healthy, and the price is ideal🥹 I wanna say thanks.

29/08/2026: I was supposed to have that kebab mix with my friend, and not only was it dry, cold and they gave me far too few fries, they called me a stupid Pole, while they thought I couldn't hear them. I can't at all like you can't recommend this disrespectful and bad tasting place. Ps it took 35 minutes to make 1 single kebab mix for me, almost without fries!!!

07/09/2026: Very tasty zataar. One of the best sweet potato fries I've ever had. Pretty much nothing to add, it speaks for itself.

25/08/2026: It took more than 30 mins to get one falafel wrap. Unfortunatelt, the spring onion? and cabbage was too hard and thick. I think those hard part had to be cut and thrown away.

08/08/2026: The sandwiches are generous and high quality. The fries are crispy and perfectly salted. The service is incredibly efficient. I came with a group of young people. There were 22 of us, and we were given a few free trays of fries. There are a few tables outside where you can enjoy your sandwich while listening to street musicians. A great experience in Aarhus.

04/04/2026: Åben Århus is one of those places you always come back to. The atmosphere is relaxed, the beer is top-notch, and there is a genuine geeky love for good craftsmanship. The selection changes constantly, and you almost always discover something new and exciting on tap. 🍻 It also says something that Lucas Ørskov has practically made the place his second home. He reportedly drinks many jugs in there – and it's not without reason. Lucas brews his own beer and has even won silver at the Danish Home Brewing Championship, so when he approves of the level, you know the quality is high. 🍺🥈 A small practical note at the end: Remember to bring your own mug. It's part of the charm – and then you're ready for another good round.
