03/09/2026: We waited 15 minutes from payment to coffee being ready and then coffee was cold. We couldn't be bothered to tell them as we didn't want the agony of waiting for more coffee to be made.
22/08/2026: Delicious coffee and matcha. Unfortunately, there was a long wait and the matcha had a lot of ice. It was also very expensive.

07/08/2026: Completely done. Delicious food, fast service and good service. They have really managed to decorate the premises in the old silver factory beautifully, while preserving much of the history.
01/08/2026: Beautiful surroundings and a festive atmosphere.
The gastronomic experience could not keep up. Tasteless, especially the poor sauce on par with Knorr.

12/08/2026: I went to Fredes café with two good friends…in Kolding Storcenter for the first time, and what a wonderful experience! 😊
Delicious food, great atmosphere and incredibly sweet and welcoming staff. We were allowed to sit and enjoy ourselves for a few hours, and as an extra nice gesture we were offered a free cup of coffee.☕️🫖
Thank you so much for the fantastic service – we will definitely be back. Highly recommended! 🌟🌷

22/07/2026: While wandering around Kolding, I discovered a pub that served Czech beer, among other things. So I had two to replenish my fluids. It tasted great.
10/07/2026: GREAT bar. Probably the best in all of Kolding and the surrounding area. The atmosphere is always super cozy, and there is plenty of space to hang out, both inside, but also with a nice large covered outdoor area. So you couldn't ask for more. They also have very cheap beer 🤤

29/07/2026: Incredibly nice place in a courtyard with other restaurants, the food was really good. I had a Smash burger that just melted in my mouth. Will definitely come back next time I visit.

03/08/2026: Probably the best most flavorful Shusiiiiiiiii I've had. Tasted really nice. Super crispy vegetables full of flavor rice. And all in all super fresh ingredients. Will be back again.
