22/08/2026: After a nice long walk in beautiful Faaborg we felt like a cup of coffee. It's 12.30, it's raining a little and windy so "Sunshine" seemed like the perfect place. The restaurant is more than half empty, but unfortunately they only serve drinks outdoors. The message was given in an indifferent, arrogant and dismissive way. I simply don't understand how you can run a business with that style. Luckily we found coffee somewhere else where we could sit inside in the warmth ☕️

17/08/2026: Had to wait for service, ordered the house burger, the steak seemed overcooked and completely tasteless, it hadn't seen a frying pan. Slack accessories. Can't recommend eating there. On the other hand, the price wasn't bad at all 169kr🙄

09/08/2026: The meat was burnt and the sauce was very weak, the price was very good for an entertainment center and better than I expected

21/07/2026: Knew it would be less than stellar, and there were unlikely any better options. The burger patty is thin and ultraprocessed, dry, and tasteless. The fries are quite good however. Extremely long queue atleast during crowded seasons, you'll be too tired and pissed off to enjoy any of the food anyway. They need better patties and a digital ordering system.

11/03/2026: Really nice food. There was so much to choose from. Smiling staff. Left there happy and satisfied 🤗

15/02/2026: Disappointing selection of salad. Despite repeated attempts, their "chef" would only deliver meat in the "cold cuts" category. Nice waiters and a little cartoon that the kids enjoyed. Definitely not worth a visit again.

08/06/2026: The seller was rude and apparently deaf, or not amd he couldn't hear me cause of the very loud music, take me so long to order and he got me the wrong size of order and the juice tasted incredibly bad, i'm a teenager and not an aggressive person, but this time the seller got me so mad.

21/07/2026: After our visit to LEGOLAND in Billund, we decided to order food from this Indian takeaway. We called approximately 35 minutes before their closing time. When we called, we were asked to wait before placing our order. We ended up waiting unusually long and even thought the call had been disconnected. When someone finally came back on the line, we started placing our order, only to be told that several items were unavailable because it was close to closing time. We then asked which dishes were actually available, but the lady answering the call responded rudely, telling us to “check the menu” before abruptly hanging up. To make matters worse, many items listed on the menu were unavailable due to the closing time, and some dishes, such as dosa, were not available that day. I understand that restaurants may have limitations near closing time, but customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. A polite explanation or a simple refusal would have been completely acceptable. Unfortunately, the rude attitude and poor customer service left us very disappointed.

21/08/2026: Too many hairs. My grape was full of it all. I don't feel like eating it now. It was ugly and the hairs were curly!!!! 😡 Comes with the prayers to get a tiny little grape rum 🌯and the husband said it had to go out into the country and see. no children in the hole obviously Chicken in the microwave they don't want you to know about it Gets infected for mentioning it

14/08/2026: I tried using Wolt, but the application was very slow. After a long time, it appeared in the application that I was the one who could contact the staff. I contacted the staff more than once, and on some occasions, the phone was hung up on me. When I finally managed to speak with the employee, he initially said that he didn't have any students, even though I had the student's number. After I gave him the student's number, he said that the problems were with Wolt, not with the staff. The most common issue is that employees don't respond to private numbers. Frankly, this is not a justification for ignoring an employee's request, nor for hanging up on them. 27/03/2026: The food is extremely bad and oversalted. The employees forget to refill the food when it is eaten, maybe because they know how bad it is and don't want to serve it to the customers

03/01/2026: If I could give less I would have. They don't refill the food was boring and half cold, I've been here before where it was fine. Atmosphere gets a 5 because it was with family.

12/08/2026: Very nice, very good pizza, we were there as a family, very good value for money, my children loved the pizza.

22/06/2026: This was without a doubt one of the worst experiences I have ever had and I have even had all four wisdom teeth removed with only local anaesthetic. The food was awful, the wait was unreasonably long and the place seemed dirty and poorly maintained. I was just going to have a slice of ham pizza. After I had ordered, another customer came in who ordered two slices, and then another customer who ordered three. Incredibly, the last customer got their slices while I was told there was no more ham pizza left. Instead I got a pepperoni pizza that was so dry it could almost compete with the sun. The quality was beyond criticism and the whole experience was characterised by poor service, lack of overview and poor customer service. I cannot recommend the place in any way and will definitely not be returning.

06/07/2026: If you order from their own website and choose delivery, you should expect to pay more for delivery when the food arrives, despite the fact that the receipt you receive shows a somewhat smaller amount.

12/06/2026: Their pizza with beef and onion and purchased mushrooms was nothing special, very little filling, it's of course a matter of taste, but there were very few onions and mushrooms. And almost no taste.

11/07/2026: Felt sick after eating the food. Maybe too cheap to be good

09/07/2026: Really nice service, Great food, there were flies almost everywhere and it wasn't very clean, but overall good experience

28/04/2026: Ordered food via Wolt... Delivery time was 5:49 PM. I called them after a 20 minute delay and was told the food would arrive within 3-5 minutes. After another 10 minutes, Wolt contacted and was told that Havnely was responsible for the delivery itself. The food finally arrived at 6:30 PM and was lukewarm and bland...

23/06/2026: Terrible place, got food poisoning from their Durum roll, not recommended

25/05/2026: We have been there today.. bad pizza. Another one of the bad pizza I have tasted. The base has no taste. The salad did not taste fresh. A shame otherwise nice place… we will choose another place in the future …

14/08/2026: The burger was delicious. It was ready in 5 minutes. It was a quiet day at the center, though. They also offer takeout, which might take a little longer.
