11/01/2026: Cozy place, and good food. Some of the sharing menu sizes were disappointing however, especially the dessert which was one single piece of cake for sharing - you can see our destructive attempt at splitting it evenly in two thin slices with our butter knife. Additionally, service was too "attentive", removing plates that we were still eating from more than once. It was as if they were rushing to get us out, even though there was plenty of space for other customers..
31/12/2025: We made a reservation for six people for New Year's Eve tonight, which was confirmed.
Unfortunately, we arrived to find the doors locked and no one there! This is unacceptable! We looked forward to this special evening for so long and received no notification that the restaurant was closed until January 6th.
An organizational disaster!

At Diego's I get the best pepperoni pizza for only about 60-70 kroner. Really happy and smiling chef, can definitely recommend

30/11/2025: this place is a cozy and humble family-run spot with a great deal on running sushi, but don't expect it to be anything more than that. it has genuinely become a favorite of mine. no frills and the food is fresh and consistent. I've always left incredibly satisfied ❤️

15/05/2026: Good spot for a quick pizza, with many vegetarian options. Service is fast, and it’s convenient when you want something simple.
16/04/2026: They seriously had the best burger in the world: 200 grams, perfect, better than Five Guys. Then they suddenly changed the bun, and I just thought “ugh, whatever”. Afterwards they reduced the meat to 150 grams for the same price, and I also thought “yes yes, annoying”. But when they ended up making it like 80-100 grams, that was the last straw. I don't understand how you can ruin something that was perfect. The meat can't possibly have become that much more expensive.

Besides that its fine if you can handle thick smoke indoors.

24/09/2025: Really nice place on a Wednesday afternoon just in the sun and a break from everyday life - coconut macaroon tasted amazing - caffe latte could definitely do with an upgrade - couldn't drink it. But otherwise really nice place☕️🌞

12/08/2025: It's a cozy little café in old Lyngby. Limited outdoor seating. Peaceful, beautiful surroundings and occasional author/book events.
Closes early (6pm) if there are no events.
