06/09/2026: Nice large selection of delicious rolls and cakes. We just needed a place where we could sit down and eat our breakfast, and we could do that here 😊👍 If you are sensitive to sound, there may be a bit of noise from the shop, air conditioning, etc.

01/09/2026: We were passing through and stopped at this bakery and were served by a very nice saleswoman 😀 in German 😁.

01/08/2026: A bit too fancy for us cyclists. However, it is beautifully situated on a high point and of importance in Danish history.

01/08/2026: Very beautiful location. We had coffee here during a stopover on a walk. There are two marked routes that pass by here. The coffee and something to eat was delicious. But you can also have a good lunch and dinner here. On the terraces, you have a beautiful and panoramic view. The staff is very friendly. And even though it was busy (there was also a private party in another section), we were served very quickly.

22/08/2026: The food was delicious. The restaurant itself was noisy and chilly, since the wind kept blowing in when the door was opened. Overall too expensive for the experience.

12/08/2026: What a cool concept. Very cozy; you see the baker at work while you place your order yourself. Sourdough bread soft and very flavorful, rhubarb meringue tart also very tasty.

06/08/2026: The sandwiches are as good as they are generous (ham and cheese and pulled pork), the bread is very good and soft, the cinnamon rolls are among the best I have eaten and a little extra for the sale of local honey (also very good!).

01/09/2026: The food was delicious and relatively inexpensive. I'd happily go there again. You could say it's the good Subway. Very tasty and fresh ingredients!

14/08/2026: My wife and I had planned to go see a movie at the cafe cinema. We had been really looking forward to it and planned the evening for just that. When we arrive with our gift card we are told “it doesn’t work” we ask why, wondering “I don’t know” the waitress said. Then she turned her back on us and left. Then she came back and said they don’t work with the gift card provider anymore. I asked since when haven’t you done it? she shrugged her shoulders and disappeared - totally indifferent. One star is one too many for that kind of service. Shameful and disappointing experience.

04/04/2026: Here, candlelight warmed the air on a windy morning and you could enjoy the sun and the view through the large windows. But what warmed you most of all were the smiles and kindness you met. And then my brunch of avocado and salmon was… perfect.

29/08/2026: It seems like the selection at the buffet gets a little more boring year after year. Less spicy and less selection. Previously there was bakskuld and crayfish.

10/08/2026: I learned about this kiosk from a TV report, and that they have the best hot dogs in Denmark… It's true!!!!

09/08/2026: The hype and cult following surrounding this place is likely connected to its namesake and former owner. What you get there now, in my opinion, is simply the same as at 90 percent of Danish hot dog stands. The French hot dog with roasted sausage was completely standard, the fries were still soggy, and the cola from a plastic bottle at 30 DKK wasn't exactly a bargain. But you get a premium for the view and the "cult" status. You can get a view for free on the beach, and there are plenty of other snack bars nearby that offer better value for money. You can even get a better deal at some Danish motorway service stations and petrol stations. (Of course, the view is worse there.) Everything feels very German. The parking lot is full of German cars, some of the staff are German, and many customers don't even try to order in Danish or at least English. Once and never again.

17/08/2026: Delicious food and great atmosphere. Coming from Aalborg and didn't know about it before. But we'd love to come back.

10/08/2026: It's a shame to announce a late closing time when restaurants close at 9pm.
