10/08/2026: Super nice experience, and very uncomplicated. Three people = 3 starters and 2 main courses. Absolutely perfect, served by the sweetest staff.

07/08/2026: The food was good, but the portions were small. It was expensive, but that's okay. I'd go again!

10/08/2026: If you are ordering for a large event, do not use Diana's Bakery. We ordered strawberry tarts for dessert for our wedding in good time. We have always loved this bakery and it meant something to us to be able to support a small bakery instead of the big chains that make it difficult for small, local bakeries to survive. Two days before our wedding we call to ask if everything is in order and what time we can come and pick up the cakes on the ordered day. Everything is in perfect order, but a few hours after we have spoken to them, we get a call to be informed that their pastry chef is on vacation and therefore they cannot make the order that we otherwise made several months before, and which we were told earlier on the SAME DAY that everything was in perfect order with. Completely unacceptable mistake and it cannot be right that it was because we called ourselves and asked if everything was in order that they then contacted us to say that the pastry chef was on vacation. So we were left, 2 days before our wedding, without dessert for 60 guests. We are deeply shocked that this mistake could happen and we received no help to solve the problem they had put us in or anything. We have always recommended Dianas Bageri, but it is difficult for us after this experience....

23/08/2026: We ate here often during our stay in Copenhagen. Everything was very good, and the fish was fresh. It's a shame they don't allow dogs inside.

22/08/2026: Very rude service, they do not pay attention for the guests, anything you ask the waiters just make faces.

17/10/2025: I stayed at this hotel this past August when visiting Copenhagen. I was extraordinarily pleased! The room was a bit small, but since I was by myself, this didn't affect me too much. The rain shower was really nifty, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding- there were tons of options to choose from. I really made sure to load up on food at this time, haha! The location was unbeatable- Tivoli, the train station and nightlife locations all were a short walk from the hotel. I will certainly consider staying here again when I visit Copenhagen next.

12/10/2025: Good location. They have a luggage storage area if you arrive before check-in.

20/08/2026: The most delicious omelette me and my husband had it was the best we have ever had at a restaurant in many years. Very good and friendly service and the cleanest toilets I have seen. Kind regards Jonna💚

30/08/2026: Probably the best in Copenhagen! Delicious pizzas and fries as well as Italian specialty drinks. The only downside was that the toilet was dirty, which was taken seriously after I mentioned it had sailed. Thank you Thank you for the good service and delicious food as well as your always wonderful mood no matter how busy you are. We will definitely be back soon!

29/07/2026: We had their Vespa menu with all the starters, optional secondi and dessert and wine ad libitum. They were particularly generous with the wine, which was nice. The waiter was sweet and attentive to the table and ensured drinks and a good pace in the dishes.

28/07/2026: Really good Italian cuisine. Had a four course menu, starting with olive snacks and rich antipasti. Excellent grilled mullet with a bean salad and finally a good panacotta-like thing with rhubarb

12/09/2026: We had a great experience! The food was 10/10, we were welcomed with the biggest smile and we were served by the super talented and nice Anas. He helped make the dining experience really good for us, he was really attentive along the way and super nice!

11/09/2026: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE FOR CATERING Ordered catering for 40 people for a specific time, received confirmation the day before that it would be delivered. On the day the food was delayed for over 2 hours, where we had to repeatedly call the restaurant - where they announced the driver was on the way without further specification. When the driver finally arrived all the food was thrown around and we did not get half of what we had ordered and the amount was in no way enough for 40 people (we were 32). We were promised a refund, but here a week later we have not received anything nor heard from them, even though we have contacted them by email. I would in no way recommend this place to anyone - but can recommend McDonald's who managed to deliver 80 burgers, hot - in half an hour.

14/07/2026: All in all, a fantastic experience in the best cafe atmosphere. Super cozy atmosphere and almost like visiting grandparents. The home-cured salmon on toast was a real eye-catcher. And the addition of a (maybe two) cold lines of akvavit certainly didn't make it any worse.
